Dr. Klocke (born 1954) has been a lawyer in Cologne since 1984. After first working in a larger law firm, he was a founding partner of the law firm Dr. Klocke & Dr. Linkens in 1988, which continued to practice civil law at Theodor-Heuss-Ring in Cologne for a period of 32 years. In doing so, Dr. Klocke represents the civil law interests of clients nationwide at all local, regional and higher regional courts.
His professional focus initially lies in the areas of commercial law with an emphasis on distribution and subcontracting agreements, also with an international orientation. Contractual law covers the contractual clauses of both purchase and sales contracts, including general terms and conditions. Dr. Klocke has frequently been appointed by the courts as joint representative of outside shareholders in appraisal proceedings under stock corporation law. He is a specialist lawyer for insurance law with a focus there on property insurance law and the representation of legal protection insurers. In addition, he has been repeatedly appointed as an arbitrator in ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
After the termination of the law firm Dr. Klocke & Dr. Linkens, Dr. Klocke joined the newly founded law firm of Dr. Andrea Nehl & Sabine Breitegger, with whom he has worked together for more than 20 years.
